Manage Well is a business coaching and management services firm established in 2012 by Cameron MacEachen on the simple business premise that:

“As we help business owners achieve what they want from their business; that will allow us to build our business and achieve our own goals.”

I wanted to create a business consultancy service for overworked business owners who needed assistance with particular tasks around operations management. First, we step back from the day-to-day activity to evaluate the current state and position of your business. This is done in relation to your initial goals, although essential, can be very time consuming. In addition to assessing the business, the completion of collating the information from you, your customers and your staff can be something you never get round to. Ensuring the right systems and processes are then in place to drive the business forward is always in the too hard basket.

So, I decided to utilise my business experience and previous working background to create a service for business owners to hand this work over to me or my associates, to complete. I have over 20 years’ experience in:

  • operations management
  • fleet management
  • business development.

We have started and worked with SME’s assisting with implementing better business systems, processes and planning.
